If you need help preparing your taxes, the Rochester Central Library on South Ave. will once again have volunteers available to answer questions about how to file as part of their Tax Assistance Program. Volunteers will be available on the following dates:

The Pinegrove Senior Center will offer free tax preparation for senior citizens beginning February 9. Seniors can call 336-6077 between 1:00 – 3:00 PM to schedule an appointment. All appointments will be scheduled for Tuedays or Thursdays.

The Empire Justice Center‘s CASH program will also provide Free Income Tax Return Preparation for income eligible persons at three locations around Monroe County (Downtown, Henrietta, and Irondequoit). More information about operating hours and other financial assistance programs can be found at their website, EmpireJustice.org.
