Our Friend’s Fun Fest/Raffle was a success and we met our goal! We raised funds so that the Friends can support/sponsor the Irondequoit Public Library with its programming. Even though the weather didn’t always cooperate; overall, we had a great day with a lot of vendors and people from the community coming to the festival. Thanks to all those who sponsored the Friends and to those who came to the festival.

The Farmer’s Market at the Irondequoit Town Hall will be starting Thursday, May 29. The Friends will be having a table there every Thursday. If anyone would like more information about what the Friends do, or if someone would like to join the Friends, there will be a Friend’s Representative there at the Farmer’s Market to answer your questions and help you fill out the membership forms.

If you would like to become a member of the Friends of the Irondequoit Public Library, you can pick up membership forms at either branch of the library or you can print out a membership form from our webpage.
