If you live in the East Irondequoit School District you vote at the Ridge-Culver Fire Department, 2960 Culver Rd. If you live in the West Irondequoit School District you vote at The St. Paul Fire Department, 433 Cooper Rd. Both locations open 9 AM to 9 PM.

Uncertain of which school district you reside? Contact the library or the Town Clerk.

Don’t forget to VOTE on Tuesday, April 23rd!

Classic Book Discussion – January & February Selection

Come on in to either branch  and pick up a copy of  Bleak House by Charles Dickens and join us on Thursday, January 31 at 3:00 p.m. to discuss the first half of this classic.  We will be discussing the second half on Thursday, February 28,  also at 3:00 p.m.

First Public Meeting About New Library Proposal

The first public meeting with information about the proposed new library is this Thursday, January 17 at 7 PM at Bishop Kearney High School Auditorium.  There will be a brief presentation about the new library and then the Library Board will take questions.   Park behind the school and enter at the “events entrance”.

If you cannot make it on Thursday there will be 4 more sessions, all at the Broderick Room at Town Hall.  Thursday, February 7 at 10:30 AM; Wednesday, March 6 at 6:30 PM; Tuesday, March 26 at 10:30 AM and Wednesday, April 10 at 6:30 PM.  Tours of the branches are also available by appointment with Terry Buford, Library Director.  Call him at 336-6064 or email him at tbuford@libraryweb.org to set up a tour.
